Case Study: 90% of Booking Admin Automated for Fairbanks KOA
An Alaska campground handled group bookings, invoices, vendor emails and payment reminders by hand.
The Problem
Each group booking meant checking the bus calendar, making a PDF invoice, emailing tour vendors and chasing payments. One missed email could mean a double-booked bus or an unpaid tour.
The Fix
We built a booking system in Google Sheets. A web form checks the bus calendar and holds the slot. When staff approve, the invoice and vendor emails go out. A daily run sends 10+ reminder emails, up to the arrival pack.
The Result
