Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply to automationfunda.com and to automation services provided by AutomationFunda (“I”, “me”), based in Zirabo, Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh 1341. A signed proposal or statement of work for a specific project takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
1. Services
I design, build and support business automations, integrations, dashboards and AI workflows. The scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each project are set out in a written proposal before work starts.
2. Quotes and payment
Projects are quoted at a fixed price. Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is due before work starts and 50% on delivery. Monthly care plans are billed in advance. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done.
3. Your responsibilities
You provide timely access to the accounts, data and decisions the project needs. Delays in access or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.
4. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the scripts, workflows and documentation built for you. I may reuse general techniques and non-confidential know-how, but never your data or confidential business logic.
5. Confidentiality and data
I keep your business information confidential, use access only for the agreed work, and do not store your data outside your systems except where the project requires it. Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in the Privacy Statement.
6. Third-party services
Automations depend on third-party platforms such as Google, n8n, Zapier, Make, CRMs and AI providers. I am not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or API changes, though support plans cover adapting to them.
7. Warranty and support
Each delivery includes a support period stated in the proposal, during which defects in my work are fixed at no charge. After that, support is available on a care plan or by separate quote.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
9. Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and I hand over everything produced so far.
10. Changes and contact
I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: info@automationfunda.com.
