Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you get. Here's exactly how refunds work for templates and custom projects.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases from AutomationFunda ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here is unclear, email us first — we'd always rather fix a problem than leave you unhappy.
1. Digital templates
Templates are delivered digitally, so once the files have been delivered or downloaded they are generally non-refundable. However, we stand behind what we sell:
- Not as described / broken: if a template is materially different from its description or doesn't work as documented, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix it promptly, or if we can't, issue a full refund.
- Setup help included: many "it's not working" issues are configuration steps we're happy to walk you through under the template's support tier before any refund is needed.
- Not eligible: change of mind after download, lack of skills/tools listed in the requirements, or requests to refund a working template you've already used.
2. Custom projects
Custom work is billed by milestone, typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
- Deposit: the upfront deposit reserves our time and covers discovery and the start of build. Once work has begun it is non-refundable for the portion already performed.
- Before work begins: if you cancel before we've started, your deposit is fully refundable.
- If we can't deliver: if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope and no acceptable alternative is reached, we refund the amount paid for any milestone not yet delivered.
- If you cancel mid-project: you're billed only for work completed up to that point; any balance from your deposit is refunded.
3. What refunds don't cover
- Third-party costs you incur directly (e.g. OpenAI tokens, cloud hosting, paid API subscriptions) — these are on your own accounts and billed by those providers.
- Delays or failures caused by missing access, content, or feedback from your side.
- Work that was delivered and approved, then later affected by changes made by you or a third party.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order or project name, the email used for purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (Payoneer or the method used to pay). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while we respond to your provider.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which it does not override.
