AutomationFunda ("we", "us", "our") is an automation engineering studio founded by Mohammad Farhad. This policy explains what data we collect when you use automationfunda.com, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact & project enquiries: your name, email, and the project details you submit through our contact form.
• Template orders: your name and email when you place a template order, so we can send a payment link and deliver the files.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device, and referral source.
• Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) processed transiently to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and prepare project proposals.
• To process template orders and send payment links via Payoneer.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, consent-based).
• To protect the site against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

3. Cookies

We use a single category of non-essential cookies: analytics. These load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

4. Third-party services

We rely on trusted processors to run the site:

• Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, file storage) — your submissions are stored securely in Firebase.
• Google Analytics 4 (consent-based usage analytics).
• Gmail (delivering enquiry and order notification emails).
• Payoneer (payment requests for template orders — payment is handled entirely on Payoneer; we never see your card details).
• Google Gemini (powering the AI chat assistant; chat messages are processed to generate replies).

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete them. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Firebase with access restricted to authorised accounts. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
